Group Exercise classes from some of your favorite UREC Group Exercise
instructors. Join fellow Dukes in our online classes via Zoom. Just enter the
Zoom meeting ID into your Zoom
app to join at the times shown. Please
join the class on time. Participants will only be able to join the class
up to 5 minutes after the start time.
Can't make a class on Zoom? UREC will be uploading classes to
their YouTube
channel as well so you can take them at a time convenient for
you.
