My Street is a bi-monthly event (Fridays at 2pm) during which JMU students who come from different parts of the world share a little about where they live… “their street.”
- What smells, colors, events are taking place in their street?
- Should you opt for street food or go to a cafe?
- With $20 in pocket, what can they purchase?
- What are some useful phrases or expressions to best fit in?
Bring your curiosity, friend, and eagerness to travel the streets of the world.
On April 8 we will showcase: “My name is Spencer and this is My Street.”
Look for the “My Street” sign on the 2nd floor of Madison Hall (we’re on the other end f the skybridge)
